The Global & EMEA Compensation & Benefits Lead contributes significantly to the design and deployment of Group-wide Total Rewards policies drives while driving the C&B strategy, governance, and execution for the EMEA region.

ResponsibilitiesKey duties and responsibilities
1) Global & Regional C&B Strategy & Governance
Co-develop and implement the Group Total Rewards strategy.
Translate global principles into a clear EMEA roadmap, adapted to diverse regulatory landscapes in close collaboration with Regional C&B leads.
Ensure governance and global consistency of compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits frameworks.
Incorporate regulatory requirements (Solvency II, DORA, EU PTD, etc.).
Contribute to internal committees and bodies, such as works councils (e.g., French CSE) and the Remuneration Committee.
2) Compensation Management
- Lead the annual compensation review process at Group Level and across EMEA.
- Advise leadership and HRBPs on pay decisions for hiring mobility, retention, and special cases.
- Conduct market competitiveness analyses, cost modelling, and pay equity reviews.
- Ensure operational compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive:transparency in recruitment, employee information rights, reporting, and joint pay assessments.
- Oversee data quality and alignment through collaboration with HRIS.
3) Benefits Oversight
- Oversee the governance, design, and optimization of benefits programs across EMEA (health, insurance, pensions, well-being).
- Manage vendor relationships and identify harmonization or cost-optimization opportunities.
- Ensure employees understand and value benefits, aligned with the EVP.
4) Global C&B Advisory & Community Leadership
- Provide subject-matter expertise to GHRBPs and HRBPs, Country Managers, and business leaders on global Total Rewards initiatives.
- Contribute to global C&B projects, frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
- Lead and animate the global C&B community through knowledge sharing and capability building.
5) Analytics, Market Intelligence & Compliance
- Build strong analytical capabilities: dashboards, modelling, insights, predictive analysis.
- Oversee participation in salary surveys and ensure proper market positioning.
- Ensure compliance with compensation, benefits, tax, pay transparency, and equal pay regulations.
- Support Finance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Legal on C&B governance and controls.
6) Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a high-performing C&B team.
- Prioritize workload, ensure quality delivery, and strengthen analytical and regulatory skillsets.
- Build expertise in key regulatory topics: EU PTD, France Gender Equality Index, and country-specific obligations.
- Regional C&B leads

- External vendors: brokers, providers, survey partners

Qualifications
Required Education
Master's degree in finance, Economics, or related field with a solid quantitative background; professional C&B certification (e.g., GRP) is a plus.
