The role can be based in any country where Ecotone has offices: France (preferred), the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, or the Netherlands.

Amazon is a key strategic priority for our Digital Commerce growth and a critical platform for the company’s international expansion.

Our D-Commerce Team is looking for its Global Amazon Lead to be the global commercial and strategic owner of the Amazon business across Europe and international expansion markets.

As our most senior Amazon role, this position shapes how we compete, scale and win on the world’s most influential marketplace.

You will be responsible for

• Defining and driving the European Amazon strategy across markets;
• Leading the European Vendor negotiation approach and key country negotiations;
• Strengthening Amazon contribution through aligned commercial frameworks;
• Providing functional leadership and direction to local Amazon teams;
• Positioning Retail Media as a core commercial growth lever;
• Driving Amazon-specific portfolio and channel-led innovation;
• Leading international Amazon expansion (US, JP, CA, AU).

Your profile

• 8–12+ years Amazon experience
• Strong P&L and multi-market expertise
• International expansion mindset
