Jobtailor seeks a strategic leader to structure and mobilize a global alumni network into a measurable engagement ecosystem that delivers value. You will map communities by program, cohort, geography, and sector, and define governance that respects identities while enabling cross-synergies.

You will also design a unified digital platform with dedicated spaces for each community within a shared core and implement scalable engagement journeys aligned to alumni life cycles.
