Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with YEET’s goals, fostering strong client relationships and partnerships.
• Monitor Performance: Track team progress, analyze results, and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and company objectives.
• Recruit & Develop Talent: Identify and onboard new sales reps to grow the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in commission-based roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
