Global Account Manager – Paris or Barcelona
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing international technology company providing innovative solutions for the hospitality and foodservice industry.
As part of the development of its global strategic accounts, we are looking for a Global Account Manager with a strong understanding of the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), FSR (Full Service Restaurant), and Catering sectors. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with some of the industry's leading international brands while identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic international accounts across the QSR, FSR, and Catering sector
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including Operations, IT, Digital, and Innovation leader
- Understand the specific challenges faced by restaurant groups and foodservice operators to deliver tailored, value-driven solution
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and drive account growth
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Sales teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and RFP processes
- Monitor customer satisfaction, account performance, and strategic growth plan
- Collaborate daily with international teams based in the UK, France, and Spain
Qualifications
- Around 7 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management
- Strong knowledge of the QSR, FSR, and Catering industries, including their key players, business challenges, and operating mode
- Previous experience working with large restaurant groups or foodservice operators is a strong advantage
- Experience in a SaaS, Hospitality Tech, or FoodTech environment is highly desirable
- Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and driving commercial growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, well-organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment
- Fluent English and Spanish or French are required
