CLASQUIN is a French international transport organiser.
The group operates in the overseas sector and coordinates the transport of goods by sea, air, and land on behalf of its customers.
Global Account Manager – Responsibilities
- Prospect, acquire, monitor and develop global accounts in alignment with the Group's commercial strategy and policy.
- Partner with clients to ensure satisfaction and achieve growth (GP) and profitability objectives worldwide.
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives for the various units (commercial networks, agencies, etc.).
- Ensure the net results of clients align with the Group's profitability objectives.
- Acquire, retain, and grow global accounts.
- Promote all Clasquin offerings to these clients.
- Respond to tenders.
- Map accounts: understand flows and organisation, coordinate actions within the network among decision‑makers and influencers.
- Build a solid business relationship at the client management level and create Clasquin reputation within client organisations in France and internationally.
- Ensure regular contract follow‑up and respond to client needs, leveraging the Clasquin network.
- Develop and report commercial strategy to Clasquin management for the accounts under your responsibility.
- Influence the Group's commercial policy.
- Ensure smooth integration of accounts with operational and financial services across the Group's entities.
- Communicate any useful information to operational and financial services (regulatory, commercial, operational changes).
Qualifications
- Bac+5 in International Trade.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within freight forwarding.
- Good level of English.
- Proactive and committed to providing excellent service to clients, with a strong team spirit.
