Global Account Inside Sales Representative
Job Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will support the development and retention of some of Lenovo’s largest and most complex global customer accounts. In this role, you will drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction within an assigned portfolio of global Lenovo clients by collaborating closely with Global Account Managers and cross‑functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with 1–3 years of experience in sales or sales support who enjoys working in an international, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support revenue growth and customer satisfaction across an assigned portfolio of global Lenovo customers.
- Collaborate with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to execute account strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage day‑to‑day sales operations and serve as a key contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, pricing proposals, and sales solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Maintain and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity tracking activities.
- Drive deal progression and support the successful closure of sales opportunities.
- Provide proactive customer follow‑up, product information, and ongoing account support.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, partners, and internal Lenovo stakeholders.
Position Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or sales support; experience within the IT industry is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, CRM systems, and Salesforce.com.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, proactive, and able to deliver results under pressure.
