Le poste
Global Account Director Planning - senior, located in Paris. You will lead international media planning for African markets (French and English speaking), coordinating with London hub and local African teams to translate global brand strategies into relevant media plans.
Vos missions
- Drive end‑to‑end strategic planning: from brief qualification to campaign strategy, performance analysis, and post‑campaign insights.
- Define and manage integrated media plans: multichannel strategies that meet global objectives while adapting to local realities.
- Act as the primary client contact for planning matters: build trust, present strategic recommendations, and ensure clear communication throughout campaigns.
- Coordinate across markets: work closely with local African teams to ensure briefs are transmitted, online media purchases are tracked, and reporting is consolidated.
- Ensure performance and operational excellence: supervise ongoing reporting, consolidate data from all markets, and generate actionable analyses and recommendations.
Profil recherché
- Senior media planning experience in an agency.
- Deep knowledge of African media markets, both French and English speaking.
- Comfort with digital media levers, including operational execution by specialist teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills across cultures, time zones, and environments.
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
- Strong presentation skills and experience managing high‑level client relationships.
- Excellent organization, prioritisation, and business commercial understanding.

Based in Paris, you will join a small planning team and work closely with colleagues in London.
