Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Within the HR team, you will support topics from Talent development of a diverse population made up of digital profiles, IT engineers, etc., on a worldwide basis, in accordance with the Group's HR policies and procedures.

  • Identify skill gaps and support the creation of development actions as part of the Talent Development process (success profiles, org benchmarks, etc.).
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving internal communication across teams, working on engagement strategies, and coordinating team leadership development projects inclusive of diversity and inclusion/engagement.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and consolidation of HR data related to talent development performance indicators (entries, exits, mobility, talent overview, etc.), and develop regular reports to provide insights on HR trends and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Assist in the project management of the implementation and monitoring of key HR policies and processes (integration, training, etc.), ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end recruitment process for interns, from job posting to selection, ensuring alignment with global talent needs.

Interfacing with employees, managers, and HR teams of the sites and the Group will give you the opportunity to discover an organization rich in different professions, in a complex international and matrix environment.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • BAC +4/+5 with specialization in HR.
  • First experience in an HR function appreciated (work‑study, internship).
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organization skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Mandatory fluent English (verbal and written, working language).
  • A great curiosity and motivation to learn.
  • Action‑based approach with a team‑player attitude.
  • Autonomous, capable of managing multiple projects at once.
  • International mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization.
