Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

The essential responsibilities and duties.

Within the HR team, you will support talent development for a diverse population of digital profiles, IT engineers, and others worldwide, in accordance with the Group’s HR policies and procedures.

Your main missions will be to assist the HR team in the following areas:

  • Identify skill gaps and support the creation of development actions as part of the Talent Development process (success profiles, org benchmarks, etc.).
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving internal communication across teams, working on engagement strategies, and coordinating team leadership development projects for diversity and inclusion/engagement.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and consolidation of HR data related to talent development performance indicators (entries, exits, mobility, talent overview, etc.) and develop regular reports to provide insights on HR trends and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Assist in the project management of the implementation and monitoring of key HR policies and processes (integration, training, etc.), ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end recruitment process for interns, from job posting to selection, ensuring alignment with global talent needs.

Interfacing with employees, managers, and HR teams across sites and the Group will allow you to discover an organization rich in different professions, operating in a complex international and matrix environment.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following competencies:

  • BAC +4/+5 with specialization in HR.
  • A first experience in the HR function appreciated (e.g., work‑study, internship).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Mandatory fluent English (verbal and written, working language).
  • A great curiosity and motivation to learn.
  • Action‑based approach with a team‑player attitude.
  • Autonomous and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • International mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization.
