Gestionnaire RH / Representative Business Services – Entraigues

Role Purpose

Within the BST, this role is accountable for the HR function within the cluster, assisting the management team of the cluster in recruitment and onboarding of new talent, managing engagement & development, and time & attendance (incl. absence tracking).

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day HR operations: update employee data in Workday, register and address questions on the Time and Attendance system, track and follow up employee trainings, examinations and certifications, and ensure mandatory training is completed.
  • Execute diversity & inclusion targets set at the global level: monitor gender and culture representation, establish formal programs such as employee interest groups, and manage communication about inclusion and diversity.
  • Onboard new hires: provide code of sustainable conduct, online H&S and functional training, introduce new workers to colleagues, register employee information in Workday, trigger IT for non‑managerial positions, and register with insurances.
  • Support contingency workers: manage contracts with interim agencies and assist in off‑boarding, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Assist in gathering skill requirements based on corporate strategy & market environment, coordinate with the Cluster Performance team to identify workforce needs and contingent workers, identify critical roles through succession planning, and understand future needs within the cluster budget.
  • Support managers in employee potential assessment (talent review), ensure standardized processes, develop action plans to address performance gaps, and support team leaders for yearly performance reviews.
  • Act as the single point of contact for employee performance questions, ensuring yearly review plans align with global HR guidelines and supporting execution of performance improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR or Law; a master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager.
  • Experience in a blue‑collar organization.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of French.
