Gestionnaire retraite collective F/H

The Gestionnaire Retraite Collective position is based in Puteaux, within the Service Clients Vie division. Contract: CDI – Employé. Minimum 1year of experience in a similar role is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the satisfaction and retention of clients and intermediaries, following established procedures and regulatory standards.
• Manage close client relationships with a high level of service in the management and follow‑up of client requests.
• Process contract and benefit requests within legal, regulatory, and internal procedural frameworks.
• Ensure a high quality of customer experience and uphold contractual commitments.
• Anticipate the impacts of request processing for clients and the company.
• Alert relevant parties in cases of client dissatisfaction, abnormal or risky situations.

Profile / Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of client contact.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Willingness to review colleagues’ emails and provide feedback.
• Proactive and action‑oriented mindset.
• Experience of at least one year in an equivalent role.
