About the role

FITECO is looking for a Gestionnaire Paie (Payroll Manager) in Carentan. The role involves managing the full payroll processes for a group of clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a payroll portfolio with multiple conventions on the Silae software.
• Collect and control variable payroll elements.
• Prepare payroll slips and periodic social declarations.
• Advise clients on the application of social law and legal obligations.
• Ensure administrative follow‑up of employee entries and exits.
• Respond to specific client requests with agility and method.
• Participate in social vigilance.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Bac+2 level education in HR and/or payroll.
• Minimum three years of experience in an accounting firm.

Skills

• Knowledge of social law.
• Knowledge of the digital environment.
• Ability to produce a DSN.
• Knowledge of convention provisions.
• Mastery of the SILAE software.
