In the frame of the payroll software change (Paie/GTA), the ARaymond payroll service, a shared services center serving 14 French entities, is strengthening its team. We are seeking a 1 payroll administrator in a CDD as soon as possible and until end of March 2027 , to support our operational activities during the project duration.

Missions

In tandem with an experienced payroll administrator, you will be charged with a dedicated population and will be involved in the entire payroll cycle:

  • Full payroll cycle management: from onboarding to departure of the employee
  • Data entry and updates in SAP HR
  • Processing of variable elements: holidays, sick leaves, overtime…
  • Monitoring and correction of time management anomalies
  • Calculation and verification of payrolls
  • Collective bulletin verification with the team
  • DSN and payment of social charges
  • Verification of accounting accounts related to charges and provisions

Depending on your skills and interests, you may get involved in HR projects (creation or integration of new companies, implementation of legal, contractual or company evolutions, participation in the deployment of the new software, etc.).

Profil recherché

  • Education: Bac+3 (Payroll/RH or Accounting)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Mastery of payroll rules, labor law and social security
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP HR appreciated
  • Autonomy, organizational sense and ability to prioritize
  • Rigour and confidentiality
  • Relations skills and dynamism
  • Analytical mindset and ability to give feedback
  • Team spirit and desire to contribute to a convivial and engaged atmosphere
