Responsibilities

• Take charge of client calls
• Record incident claims
• Inform and advise on guarantees and treatment procedures
• Provide tailored services
• Process and settle incidents
• Determine responsibilities
• Trigger intervention of service providers
• Analyze expert reports
• Calculate and transfer indemnities
• Maintain follow-up of files
• Keep clients and commercial network informed
• Manage reminders, proof requests, and cancellations

Qualifications

• Training: Bac+2 in insurance, law, management, etc.
• Prior experience in residential claims management is an advantage
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent relational skills and teamwork orientation
