About the role

We operate in a dedicated payroll support team, partnering with SMEs across varied sectors to manage and optimize their payroll processes. Your role will be to provide expert, digital solutions and support to clients, focusing on support, consulting, and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support via email and phone, delivering clear and operational guidance.
• Carry out advanced configuration and assist with implementation of payroll files.
• Help companies optimize payroll processes and effectively use their payroll tools.
• Occasionally participate in audits or control missions related to payroll.
• Train clients on payroll solution usage and best practices.
• Explain technical and regulatory aspects to diverse stakeholders.
• Contribute to continual improvement of methods and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Degree in payroll management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a payroll manager.

Skills

• Solid mastery of payroll and labor law.
• Accuracy and autonomy.
• Excellent relational skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong knowledge of Silaé and its advanced features (API, calculation functions).
• Interest in digital tools and AI considered a plus.
