Under the hierarchical authority of the Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager, and in collaboration with the accounting and HR team, you will be responsible for payroll management for the South-East agencies, handling payroll processing from A to Z.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of pre-payroll calculations and monitoring reimbursements for daily allowances (IJSS);
• Entering personnel data, exits, and mutations in the HRIS;
• Input of variable payroll elements, attendance, and absences;
• Payroll element verification;
• Checking pay slips;
• Settlement of final accounts;
• Accounting payroll entries;
• Ensuring compliance with collective agreements and company policies;
• Data collection: gathering necessary information for payroll processing such as hours worked, attendance, absences, leaves, bonuses, etc.;
• Salary calculation considering variables and social contributions;
• Managing mandatory social declarations (DSN, URSSAF, pension funds, etc.).

You will also serve as the primary contact for employees, providing responses regarding their payroll and situation.

Additional Information: Position based in Lisses, Essonne (91).

Candidate Profile

• Diploma Bac+2/+3 in HR/Payroll or related fields;
• Reactivity and rigor;
• Recognized professionalism and adaptability to a demanding and flexible environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Ideally 3 to 5 years of successful experience (excluding apprenticeship) in a similar role within the Public Works sector;
• Confidentiality awareness;
• Good team spirit;
• Service orientation;
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite;
• Good knowledge of payroll practices;
• Proficiency in SAP;
• Knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCN) for Public Works is a plus.
