Votre feuille de route

Working within the payroll team under the Payroll/ADP manager, after a training period you will:

• Manage payroll: prepare and verify salary slips and final settlements; create employees in Sage Payroll and the SIRH; handle absences; report work accidents; file DSN.
• Handle personnel administration: draft offer letters, employment contracts and amendments; prepare various correspondence (resignations, retirement); manage closure dossiers; coordinate medical visits.
• Support managers and staff: advise on HR matters and use of systems.

Ce que nous apprécions chez vous

• Bachelor‑level qualification (Bac +2/3) in payroll, HR administration, or related field and equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Sage Payroll is a strong plus.
• Strong command of legal and social regulation.

Ce que nous vous proposons

• Contract: CDI, full time (36 h/week, Monday‑Friday).
• Location: Senonches (Eure‑et‑Loir, 28) – no public transport access.
• Start date: 01 septembre 2026.
• Salary: 28 000 €–32 000 € brut annuel, commensurate with profile; monthly gross 2 500 €–2 900 €.
