LHH Recruitment Solutions is a recruitment, temp placement specialist consulting firm that assists its client, an internationally recognised industrial company, in recruiting a part‑time (50%) Payroll Manager on a permanent contract based near Neuf‑Brisach.
Reporting to the Payroll France Manager, your primary mission is to manage payroll.
Responsibilities
- Collect variable elements from HR managers of the site.
- Prepare payrolls.
- Administer personnel from employee entry (employment contract) to exit (certificates, final settlements…).
- Manage sickness & provident, and control time management.
- Prepare mandatory social declarations: DSN, social balance, DOETH, DARES/INSEE surveys…
Qualifications
Hold a DUT/Licence in HR/Payroll; mastery of payroll techniques and at least 5 years of experience within an accounting practice or a group.
Organised, rigorous, a team player respecting company procedures and data confidentiality. Autonomy, responsiveness, and good relationship and listening skills are essential.
Proficient with office tools and ideally an ERP such as SAP. B1–B2 English knowledge is desirable.
