Citya Immobilier is an independent real‑estate management company founded in Tours in 1990 by Philippe Briand, the sole shareholder. With 250 agencies nationwide, we offer property management, co‑ownership administration, rental and real‑estate transactions. Responsibilities

• Prepare, convoke and hold co‑ownership council and general assemblies
• Create projected budgets for managed buildings
• Ensure implementation of general assembly decisions
• Visit co‑ownerships regularly
• Respond to co‑owner requests
• Maintain contact with service providers and monitor works
• Oversee collection of charges and non‑paying tenants
• Manage damages and repairs
• Monitor judicial procedures

Qualifications

Training in real‑estate and/or law, and a first experience in a similar position. Excellent relational skills, rigor, responsiveness and professionalism. Desire to join a growing, dynamic network offering broad career opportunities.
