Gestionnaire ADV H/F

Overview

TALENTS ADV‑SUPPLY is a national recruitment bureau specializing in ADV, Commercial Assistance, Import/Export, Customer Relations, Logistics, Transport, Purchasing and Supply Chain. We are hiring, for one of our clients, a Gestionnaire ADV H/F for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

Responsibilities

• Assure a regular communication with clients and their fidelization
• Analyse and qualify customer needs during telephone exchanges
• Enter client and supplier orders
• Ensure the relation and coordination between clients and internal services to guarantee the respect of production and delivery deadlines
• Interact with technical references to validate the items to propose
• Produce technical and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams (equipment updates, vandalism…)
• Generate billing and follow up on collections/pay‑receipts
• Handle client disputes
• Maintain data updates across our various information systems

Qualifications

• Bac + 2 (BTS or IUT) in administration and/or commerce
• At least 5 years of similar experience in a company selling technical solutions
• Comfortable with computers and mastery of office tools
• A true sense of customer service and awareness of reactivity, agility and flexibility requirements; organized and methodical; attuned to adapt to interlocutors
• English written and oral proficiency is an advantage, providing greater autonomy and advancement within the company
