Afin de renforcer la Responsable RH Etablissement d'Istres, nous recherchons un-e

Gestionnaire Administration du Personnel (GAP)

Vos principales missions seront:administration du personnel : présence des salariés via notre outil de gestion des temps (Kelio) , préparation des éléments de paie pour transmission au service CS paie, accueil des salariés pour répondre à leurs demandes, numérisation des dossiers individuels des salariés, ...

Emploi : préparer les campagnes de stages / apprentissage , gestion des intérimaires, ...

Participation à la préparation des élections professionnelles prévues en janvier 2027.

Vous serez amené-e à travailler avec différents interlocuteurs (managers, RH en central, CS paie, salariés, GAP autresétablissements)

Job Requirements

Bonne connaissance des procédures administration du personnel,Maîtrise des outils bureautique (word, excel, PPoint),Aisance avec les outils de gestion de présence ou de gestion RHConfidentialité
