Germany Country Manager: Fintech Growth & Leadership

Alma is seeking a Country Manager to build and lead the local sales organization in France or Germany. You will recruit, coach, and scale Enterprise and Mid-Market Account Executives, shape the market with a robust GTM strategy, and manage the country P&L while aligning with HQ on priorities.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Risk and Operations to unlock local growth, own the local new business, and drive cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership.
