German-Speaking CSM | Drive NRR & 40+ Accounts

Shippeo, a leading European SaaS company accelerating supply chain visibility, is hiring a German-speaking Customer Success Manager in Paris. You will be the primary face for 40+ Tier 3 accounts, driving adoption, retention and measurable value at scale.

Hybrid work model (three days in-office). You will collaborate with Product, Customer Delivery, Sales and Marketing to strengthen partnerships and grow Net Revenue Retention across a diverse portfolio.
