Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to banking products and services in German and English
• Leverage your sales experience to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate financial solutions
• Guide customers through account openings, product inquiries, and any banking transactions
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high-level satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system
• Stay informed about banking regulations and products to aid clients effectively

Requirements

• Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a banking or sales environment, is essential
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems will be an advantage
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new working environment
