As a German Language Expert, you will meticulously evaluate and enhance AI-generated German content, ensuring it reflects grammatical accuracy, natural flow, and cultural appropriateness, from formal discourse to colloquial expressions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated German text for grammatical correctness, case agreement, verb placement, and naturalness.
• Refine translations and content, ensuring idiomatic expressions and cultural nuances are accurately conveyed.
• Provide detailed feedback on AI's understanding of complex sentence structures, compound nouns, and separable verbs.
• Evaluate linguistic data, focusing on register (formal/informal 'Sie' vs. 'du'), politeness conventions, and discourse markers.
• Identify and correct errors in AI's handling of German semantics, pragmatics, and common phrases.
• Contribute examples of authentic, high-quality German usage to enhance AI's generative capabilities.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in German (C2 level CEFR).
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, German Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Deep understanding of German grammar, including cases, declensions, and sentence structure.
• Proven experience in translation, editing, or content creation in German.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to provide clear, constructive linguistic feedback.
• Familiarity with linguistic quality assurance standards or style guides is a plus.
