German & English IT Support Agent – Procurement Apps (L1/L2)

FMS2i à Saint-Geours-de-Maremne recherche un Agent de support informatique Germanophone pour rejoindre son équipe. En tant que Technicien Support Informatique Niveau 1/2, vous aiderez les clients avec l'utilisation des applications achats et traiterez les tickets d'incidents en français, anglais et allemand. Ce poste nécessite un Bac+2 en informatique, une bonne maîtrise de l'allemand (C1 minimum) et un bon niveau d'anglais (B2 minimum). Le contrat proposé est un CDI avec un taux horaire brut de 12.5€.
