Join Byredo as a Clienteling Assistant reporting to the Global Client Activation Manager. You will help strengthen one-to-one client relationships across our retail network and support the direct-to-consumer (DTC) team worldwide. This internship offers valuable experience in luxury customer activation strategies and tools.
Clienteling Application Management
- Maintain master data and provide technical support for the clienteling app.
- Collaborate with IT, retail teams, and external providers on new features and rollout.
- Develop training materials to support user adoption.
Clienteling Strategy and Coordination
- Support the global client activation strategy by coordinating one-to-one activations across markets.
- Help build and maintain activation calendars in collaboration with global CRM and local teams.
- Review local plans and suggest improvements for better customer experience.
- Manage campaign coordination from briefing to execution.
Clienteling Performance
- Monitor key metrics such as app adoption, client capture, and task completion.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to strategic presentations for top management.
- Education : Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a Business School
- Languages : Fluent in English.
- Experience & Skills :
- Experience in retail sales (Luxury/Beauty) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Business-minded, detail-oriented, with strong communication.
- Interested in luxury client strategies.
