As Plant Director, you oversee all operations of the Voreppe site in close coordination with divisional management. You are responsible for the site’s industrial, financial and human performance while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards. By optimizing processes, leading teams and controlling budgets, you directly contribute to profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing an industrial site or a service specialized in heat and thermochemical treatment
• Strong skills in financial management and performance control, particularly through LEAN management
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to unite and motivate teams
• Knowledge of quality standards and HSE requirements
• Professional proficiency in English
