TarsTech is a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in social media intelligence, influencer discovery, and digital marketing analytics. Our platform empowers brands, agencies, and enterprises with data-driven insights across major social media platforms, helping them identify opportunities, manage risks, and optimize marketing performance.

As part of our global expansion strategy, we are establishing our French entity and building our European commercial presence. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven General Manager to lead business development efforts in France and across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for France and selected European markets.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire enterprise customers, agencies, brands, and strategic partners.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation and solution consulting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Market Expansion

  • Analyze market opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs across Europe.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on product localization, pricing, and market
  • Identify partnership opportunities with agencies, technology partners, and industry associations.
  • Participate in building the local commercial organization as the business scales.
  • Recruit, coach, and manage future sales and customer success team members.
  • Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture.

Strategic Management

  • Act as the primary representative of the company in France.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams.
  • Provide regular business updates, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Social Media Intelligence, Data Analytics,Digital Marketing, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong experience managing enterprise-level sales cycles and complex stakeholder
  • Demonstrated success in opening new markets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in French and English. Fluent Chinese is a bonus.

Preferred

  • Existing network among brands, agencies, media groups, or technology companies.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or international technology company.
  • Experience building and managing local teams.
