General Manager – Recruitment Division
Role Purpose
The General Manager is responsible for the P&L and operational performance of the recruitment division (DI Executive). This is an execution-focused, performance-driven role, ensuring efficiency, structure, and consistent delivery across daily operations. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing profitability, and supporting the continued growth of the recruitment division.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and end-to-end execution of recruitment mandates.
Develop and implement processes, structure, and operational discipline.
Ensure consistent delivery quality and service excellence across all projects.
Manage internal coordination, operational flow, and cross-team alignment.
Act as a senior interlocutor with key stakeholders, representing the organization with credibility and maturity.
Oversee client relationships, ensuring strong follow-up and high service quality.
Support the scaling of recruitment activities.
Lead and manage teams, providing clear direction, performance oversight, and professional development support.
Candidate Profile
Experience
10+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, including executive search.
Proven experience managing executive-level search mandates.
Experience in senior leadership roles (e.g. SVP, General Manager, Country Manager, or equivalent).
Background combining executive search boutiques and multinational organizations.
Experience leading international and complex recruitment projects.
Proven P&L ownership and team management experience.
International experience across Europe is required; exposure to APAC/SEA and/or the USA is a strong advantage.
Experience recruiting across multiple industries is valued.
Education & Languages
Master's degree from a leading university or business school
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
