This is a rare opportunity to lead a vibrant, high‑energy venue in one of Europe’s ultimate VIP playgrounds, delivering exceptional service, atmosphere, and operational excellence throughout an intense and highly rewarding summer season.
We are seeking a charismatic, commercially minded and hands‑on leader with proven experience managing lively, high‑quality restaurants with strong cover counts and fast‑paced service standards.
The successful candidate must have experience leading large teams within premium hospitality environments and be confident operating a venue delivering up to 750 covers per day while maintaining exceptional food, beverage and guest experience standards.
Requirements
- Proven General Manager experience within high‑volume premium or luxury restaurants
- Experience managing lively, fast‑paced venues with strong cover counts
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong operational and financial understanding
- Hands‑on, energetic and service‑led personality
- Experience within beach clubs, luxury coastal venues or destination hospitality highly advantageous
- Able to lead and motivate large international teams during busy summer operations
- Passion for hospitality, food, service and guest experience
