GenAI Engineer - Research Solutions

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a GenAI Engineer at CFM, you will be part of a team focused on enhancing our research capabilities through innovative AI solutions. You will engage with cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to projects that automate and optimize complex processes within our research framework.

You will :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within our existing infrastructure.
• Gather, analyze, and specify requirements , managing the development and deliverables of AI projects.
• Explore LLMs and agentic frameworks to turn academic papers into code.
• Leverage practical experience in AI technologies and frameworks , such as knowledge graphs, AWS Bedrock, and OpenAI, to enhance AI capabilities.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

• Proficient programming skills in Python and experience with complex software projects or data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs , agentic frameworks, RAG and vector database integration
• Familiarity with key libraries and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenSearch, and Transformers
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting and transforming complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for AI and the drive to explore and implement forward-thinking solutions.
• No prior finance experience is needed , as relevant industry knowledge can be acquired through training and collaboration.
