GEN AI Business Analyst

We're currently supporting our Pharma client in Paris and we're looking for a Data Scientist to join on a freelance hybrid contract (3x / Week in Paris)

Primary Responsibilities / Project Goals

• Run business workshops across Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply to map and document current processes
• Identify high-value use cases for Agentic AI and opportunities for process refactoring
• Design and propose Agent-based solutions tailored to business needs
• Prepare governance materials and steer validation committees for proposed solutionsLead PoC execution to prove value, and contribute to broader strategy on hybrid solutions (Assistants, Agents, RPA, low-code/no-code)

Requirements

• 5+ years of business consulting experience, ideally in private healthcare
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes
• Proven ability to prepare, facilitate, and summarize process workshops
• Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, proactivity, comfort in matrix organizations
• GenAI & Agentic technical expertise (LLM, RAG, agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration)
• Fluent English (spoken & written); "vibe coding" experience is a plus
