Gas Metrology Engineer — Global Standards Lab

The International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM) in Sèvres, near Paris (France) seeks a Gas Metrology Engineer for a five-year, full-time appointment in the Chemistry Department.

The post designs, builds, programs and maintains gas measurement facilities, performs calibration and comparisons, and contributes to R&D while ensuring quality, safety and reliable outputs. A Master’s degree and at least five years’ experience, including LabVIEW programming, are required.
