GaN/GaAs Process Development Engineer

MACOM is seeking a skilled candidate for its European Semiconductor Center in Limeil-Brévannes. The focus is on developing and optimizing processes for next-generation Gallium Nitride and Gallium Arsenide technologies. The ideal candidate should have a PhD or Master’s degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the microelectronics industry.
