Our goal is to craft believable worlds, meaningful player interactions, and gameplay systems that feel grounded, intense, and coherent.
THE ROLE
You will build the gameplay layer of UNRECORD: the moment-to-moment mechanics that make the bodycam experience feel real and responsive. - Work with other programmers and designers to conceptualize, program, and test game systems
- Design and maintain core game systems with a clean, extensible, and maintainable architecture
- Reuse, verify, and improve existing systems where possible, rather than rebuilding from scratch
- Collaborate daily with design to prototype fast, then harden prototypes into production-quality code

- Profile and optimize gameplay code to meet performance targets
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team coding standards
- Debug, fix, and iterate based on playtests and QA reports
