Game Design Manger

We are looking for a Game Design Manager, someone who is strong on design quality, support and can grow designers. This position partners closely with the Game Director.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead design quality and consistency across live games
• Coach a talented team of designers, helping them grow their skills
• Great collaboration, playtesting habits, and clear design practices
• Market awareness and fresh inspiration from the best games in F2P
• Improve the tools, workflows, and processes that make the design team more effective
• Providing thoughtful feedback on features, balance, and player experience

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of experience designing F2P mobile games
• Experience as a Lead Designer or Design Manager
• Strong understanding of progression systems, economies, retention, and monetization
• A supportive and coaching mindset
• Curiosity for the market & new tools
• Experience on running live casual games
• Strong analytical skills and using data in design decisions
• Interest in evolving casual games toward deeper midcore systems
