Galeries Lafayette - Horloger Agréé Rolex - CDI F/H

Role

Contribute to the excellence of our after‑sales service for Rolex watches as part of the Galeries Lafayette – Royal Quartz team in Paris. You will report to the Rolex SAV manager and the store director.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform precise repairs on Rolex watches following brand standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance and complete revisions to ensure reliable operation.
• Coordinate with the SAV team to meet service turnaround times and maintain transparent communication with clients.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workshop.

Qualifications

• Diploma in watchmaking or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience repairing and maintaining luxury watches, preferably Rolex.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical movements and horology repair techniques.
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong team spirit.
• Client‑focused, detail‑oriented, and committed to quality.
