Future Talent programme: Ingenieur mécanique (H/F)

Future Talent Programme is a two‑year graduate program designed for aspiring mechanical engineers who want to gain international experience and take on responsibilities early on. The program involves four six‑month rotations on international sites, working on concrete projects that have a real impact.

Programme Highlights

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of technical and operational projects.
• Improve processes, optimise systems and enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with local teams, contractors, suppliers and support functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, local regulations, health and safety requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, track project progress and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Share best practices across sites and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil or equivalent) graduating 2025 or 2026.
• Prior industrial/technical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and curiosity for problem solving.
• Excellent communication and adaptability in an international environment.
• Proficiency in English; French and other languages are an advantage.
• International mobility – willingness to work at least 6 months abroad.
• Based in Europe and authorized to work here; valid European driving licence required.

Contract and Benefits

CDI, full time (39 h/week) with flexible hybrid working model.

• Salary: €40 000 – €45 000 per year (gross).
