VOTRE MISSION

After the 12-month rotation, which will include few months in our Engineering center based in Pune (India), you will be part of the Industrial Engineering team based in Octeville (near le Havre, France).

The Industrial Engineering Leader is responsible for product industrialization and plays a central cross-functional coordination role. Acting as the key point of convergence between design offices, production, sourcing, and quality, he/she ensures the industrial consistency and feasibility of the developed solutions. This role is also carried out in an international environment, with close collaboration with other industrial engineering teams located abroad, particularly in Pune, India.

Your missions:

Project development

Participate in the design of equipment to integrate industrial design and assembly constraints as soon as possible with a Design to Cost and Design for Manufacturing approach.

Actively participate in the control of equipment costs with the purchasing departments.

Arbitrate the choice of method of supply of machine components in accordance with the manufacturing process.

Supervise the prototype
