Fund Controller - Infrastructure

Access Capital Partners ("Access") is a leading independent European fund manager investing in Private Equity and Infrastructure assets in Europe. Access manages EUR15.0 billion on behalf of its international institutional clients and operates with a team of 100+ professionals based in six offices: Paris, London, Brussels, Helsinki, Munich, and Luxembourg.

We are seeking a Fund Controller to join our Infrastructure Middle Office Team and support its growing activities in the Infrastructure sector. The Middle Office team currently includes 26 people, located in our Paris, Brussels and Helsinki offices.

The Role

Reporting to the Director - Infrastructure Middle Office based in Paris, you will assist the Infrastructure team in the daily monitoring of operations within the Access’ Funds, specifically in the following fields:

• Monitoring of investments and investors positions – cash-flow management, risk analysis;
• Valuation of Access managed Funds in coordination with Fund Accountants in France or elsewhere in Europe;
• Calculation of financial key performance indicators (IRR, DPI, TVPI) related to investments;
• Production of quarterly investment reports for investors;
• Follow-up of investors’ special requests;
• Participation in the improvement of workflows and processes.

Skills

• Very good practical knowledge of IT tools such as MS Excel and MS Word;
• Very good analytical skills;
• Rigorous, curious and well-organized;
• Team player;
• Strong interest in Private Equity sector, particularly in Infrastructure;
• Familiar with accounting & legal terms would be an asset.

The Profile

• Recently graduated from a European business school or University (Master’s degree and/or major in finance);
• Excellent written and spoken practice of French and English are imperative (75% of communication takes place in English).
