Functional Safety Architect: PMIC Systems & Standards

Renesas Electronics seeks a Functional Safety Architect to drive standardisation of FuSa definitions across PMIC products and to mentor FuSa managers on projects. The role requires deep system-level safety knowledge and collaboration with MCU/SoC teams to balance features and cost.

You will interface with safety assessors, define architectures, and contribute to a library of safety definitions across a product family. Travel is required.
