What You Will Do

• Realize missions in connection with the business and DSI directions of our clients in the context of their transformations
• Manage teams and guide their evolution on a project or a set of projects: coordinate activities and tasks of each
• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of deliverables with client requirements and needs in collaboration with all stakeholders
• Track projects, report potential problems, and propose solutions
• Contribute to the development of employees' skills
• Participate in commercial actions and pre‑sales files
• Develop your sectoral expertise applied to ERP Oracle (EBS and Cloud) and share it within our communities
• Develop ERP Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud offer

Why It Might Be a Fit

You have a strong experience around the implementation of ERP EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud in one or several areas of accounting/finance, as well as skills in team management and communication.

Recognized expertise on several domains, by profile:

• Finance: general accounting, supplier accounting, customer accounting, management control, fixed assets
• Supply: Technical data management, Industrial planning (PIC, PDP, MRP), Costing, Sourcing and Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Customer Order Management in PTO, CTO, ETO, Preparation and Shipping Flow, Integration of Logistics Flows with Accounting

Requirements

• BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, university degree)
• Solid experience of at least 5 years acquired on several ERP Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud implementation projects, or on a similar position
• Project management skills: planning and project tracking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all team members and project stakeholders
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Open‑mindedness with a focus on sharing skills and knowledge
