He/She ensures full alignment between business priorities and IS&T capabilities through the mirrored Domain, guaranteeing value creation, operational excellence, and digital transformation. The role is mainly accountable for:
- Domain strategy & roadmap
- Application delivery & portfolio execution
- Run & production stability
- Budget, vendor, and resource management
- Compliance, architecture alignment, and modernization
- Performance KPIs and continuous improvement
Having a coordination role across domains and at portfolio level, they have a shared accountability for global IS&T delivery and contribute to :
- IS&T Global priorisation,
- Dependency & Capacity Awareness,
- Alignment with IS&T portfolio and delivery constraints,
- Cross-domain arbitrations, not only local optimisation**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :**1. Domain Strategy & Governance
- Define and maintain the IT roadmap for the domain, ensuring alignment with business strategies, IS&T vision, architecture, security, QA, and data governance standards, and modernization objectives.
- Structure and govern the domain portfolio of initiatives, ensuring prioritization based on value, feasibility, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Contribute actively to IS&T portfolio prioritization, ensuring that domain initiatives are aligned with overall IT strategy, delivery capacity, and business value across all domains.
- Ensure that backlog prioritization and roadmap decisions within the domain are consistent with portfolio-level decisions and delivery commitments.
- Represent the domain in IS&T governance forums, strategic committees, and cross-domain review boards, providing clear recommendations based on value, urgency, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.2. Product, Project & Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of domain initiatives, ensuring expected scope, timelines, quality, and cost targets are met.
- Ensure Product Team Managers, Product Managers, BAs, Functional leads, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams work in coordinated, integrated delivery mode.
- Ensure domain priorities are balanced against global IS&T constraints, avoiding silo-driven prioritization and local optimization.
- Identify, assess, and manage cross-domain dependencies impacting projects and product evolutions, in close collaboration with Portfolio Management and Project Managers, including major transformation initiatives.
- Anticipate resource contention and delivery conflicts between domain initiatives and transversal programs, and proactively propose trade-offs or sequencing options.
- Ensure integration of modern engineering practices (Dev
Ops, CI/CD, automation, observability) into delivery activities.
- Validate architectural decisions, technical feasibility, and delivery readiness for all initiatives.3. Run, Stability & Operational Excellence
- Own domain-level run performance, including stability KPIs, SLA adherence, incident rate, MTTR, and production quality.
- Steer L2 and L3 support activities in collaboration with SW Engineering, IT Ops, and QA.
- Drive proactive incident prevention, technical debt reduction, and obsolescence remediation.
- Guarantee compliance with audit, security, data privacy, and legal/ regulatory requirements.4. Resource, Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage domain budget (Cap
Ex/Op
Ex), cost allocations, vendor contracts, and license models.
- Ensure accurate resource capacity planning, covering internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery SLAs, and contribute to sourcing strategy decisions and vendor selections.
- Ensure the domain maintains the right mix of skills to support modernization and business expectations.
- Ensure high availability and performance during peak traffic periods.5. Stakeholder Management & Business Interlock
- Act as the IT single point of contact for business leadership within the domain.
- Ensure structured intake, qualification, and prioritization of business demands.
- Provide transparent reporting on roadmap progress, risks, incidents, and value realization.

- Lead modernization activities: API-first, microservices, cloud adoption, UX improvements, system simplification, and legacy decoupling.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture & Data to ensure long-term sustainability of domain solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement, standardization, industrialized delivery, and quality-by-design.7. Specifics Domain**e
Commerce and Product**
- Own digital channels (Web, Mobile), CRM, Loyalty, Customer Experience, Marketing Automation, and Subscription applications.
- Ensure consistency of omnichannel experiences and funnel optimization (traffic → conversion → retention).

Commerce, Digital, and Customer teams.

- Owns systems for billing, payments, ERP applications, interfaces within this ecosystem and with all external systems dealing with finance, HR data flows (eg. invoicing, O2C, legal/compliance systems, HR management system)
- Ensure Compliance and regulatory constraints in all the financial and HR flows : PCI-DSS, PSD2, local regulations (eg PT invoice certification)
- Coordinate with financial management leaders (CFO team, SSC, countries CFOs, Billing and payment leaders and HR projects leads)
- Drive cultural change toward modern engineering, agility, and cross-functional collaboration**Fleet & Vehicles**
- Own systems for Fleet Planning, Vehicle Lifecycle, In/Defleet, Telematics, Maintenance, and Remarketing.
- Ensure robust ingestion and use of connected-vehicle data
- Coordinate with OEMs, telematics providers, and Fleet Operations leadership.
- Drive cultural change toward modern engineering, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.**Rental Operations**
- Own applications supporting Rental workflows: Digital RA, QMS, station tools, kiosks, and Call Center / NPS systems.
- Ensure operational readiness, ergonomics, and reliability of frontline tools.
- Support operational KPIs (queue time, TAT, NPS) through system enhancements.
- Drive digitalization of rental processes, including mobility tools for station staff (OSCAR)**Sales & IPD**
- Own IT systems supporting B2B Sales, Corporate Accounts, Partner/Franchise management, and Distribution APIs
- Ensure robust partner onboarding, API performance, and integration consistency across partners.
- Support commercial strategy, contract management processes, and partner experience.
- Enable franchise digitalization and harmonize partner-facing platforms globally.**IDEAL EXPERIENCE**
- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery or product management, including leadership of complex digital or enterprise application portfolios.
- Proven experience managing multi-team, multi-vendor environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Hybrid delivery methods, project management, enterprise architectures, cybersecurity, cloud, integration, and data practices.
