Context and objectives The consultant intervenes on the activities of the Functional Processes of the beneficiaries domain to contribute to the stabilization of the tool, production monitoring, the handling of incidents and management requests, as well as the functional support of the management centers.

• Develop and make available operating procedures for management centers. Analyze, monitor, and resolve incidents; provide functional support and assistance to management centers. Identify and monitor data changes, corrections, and rehabilitations. Make available the files necessary for processing cases. Liaise and communicate with management centers using an appropriate approach. Monitor production and perform acceptance testing. Environment and Tools Microsoft: Office 365, Excel, and macros. Management tools: CELIA, RNI, SCL, PBI, EDC-GCD, , and BRC. Deliverables and Expected Results Operating procedures developed and made available. Files made available for processing cases. Incidents resolved within the allotted time, with measurable tracking in Management requests processed within the allotted time.

• Experience in supplementary pensions and in the area of retirees. Incident handling, functional support, and assistance to management centers. Knowledge of management tools covering beneficiaries and individuals. Knowledge of testing and acceptance procedures. Proficiency in Excel and macros; advanced use of Office 365 tools. Proficiency in AI. Analytical, synthesis, and adaptability skills. Ability to work in a team, good interpersonal skills, and appropriate communication style with management centers.
