Functional Assistant – SAP S/4HANA (Sales & Customer Relations)

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Functional Assistant to join the Core Model team within the Sales & Customer Relations stream for our partner, which is migrating from Dynamics AX to SAP S/4HANA in Lavaur (France).

💪 Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the SAP Core Model aligns with group business processes.
• Review and validate the integrator’s deliverables (designs, configurations, specifications).
• Support and train key users during testing and deployment phases.
• Document business processes, use cases, and functional rules.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure compliance with validation standards.
• Act as the link between business teams, IT, and the system integrator.

👀 Who are you?

• Degree in Business or Information Systems (Master’s level).
• 5–10 years’ experience in Sales Administration or ERP functional support.
• Proven background in ERP transformation or deployment projects (SAP or equivalent).
• Understanding of multi-subsidiary environments and standardization challenges.
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Customer Relations processes.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Fluent English (French is an advantage).
