Functional Analyst – Client Engagement (Pre-Sales)

Client Engagement & Pre‑Sales Support

Take over client engagement once a commercial opportunity is initiated by the Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Present the Nextportfolio offering to clients, clearly explaining its capabilities, modules, and value proposition.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them define their technological needs and the purpose of their demand.
• Support pre‑sales activities by contributing to solution design, demos, workshops, and functional discussions.
• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Define the appropriate Nextportfolio modules, configurations, and functionalities required for each client.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and product capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Project and Product teams to validate feasibility and propose optimal solutions.
• Lead functional/client journey/user testing and prepare all required deliveries during project committees.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, preferably within financial services, investment platforms, or complex technological products.
• Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of software platforms, modular solutions, and system integrations.
• Experience working in pre‑sales, client‑facing, or solution design roles is highly desirable.
