Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Payroll & Benefits Platform for HR

We are building a prevention insurance platform—an innovative product that integrates insurance, prevention and care into one user experience. The Employer Payments Team builds the systems that enable HR teams to enroll employees, manage payroll contributions, and handle billing.

As a Software Engineer on this team, you will

• Engineer our employee affiliation engine to reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily.
• Simplify payroll and billing by building tooling that HR teams love.
• Build seamless integrations with platforms such as PayFit and Workday so that the process “just works.”
• Automate workflows at scale to adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries.
• Ensure billing is accurate, reliable and easy to manage.
• Collaborate across product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience.

Who we’re looking for

• Software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full‑stack experience.
• Comfortable digging into complex business logic around insurance and payroll.
• Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions.
• Experienced building scalable systems that handle real‑world complexity.
• B2B experience is a plus.
• Well‑versed in OOP languages such as Python, Java or C#, and excited about modern web technologies such as JavaScript.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
• Curious, self‑starting, humble, collaborative and eager to grow.
