  • Engineer our employee affiliation engine to reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily.
  • Simplify payroll and billing, crafting tools that HR teams love.
  • Build seamless integrations with platforms such as Payfit and Workday.
  • Automate workflows at scale to adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries.
  • Ensure billing is delightful, accurate, reliable, and easy to manage.
  • Collaborate across product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience.

Who we’re looking for

  • Software engineers with backend and full‑stack experience.
  • Comfortable digging into complex business logic around insurance and payroll.
  • Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions.
  • Experienced building scalable systems handling real-world complexity.
  • Bonus: B2B experience.
  • Well‑versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and modern web tech (JavaScript).
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required.
  • Curious, self‑starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
